GEMS’s interim dividend got halved, down 53.84%
JAKARTA - PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) will distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2024 of USD 150 million, down 53.84% from the interim dividend allocation in FY 2023 of USD 325 million.
Sudin, Corporate Secretary of GEMS, mentioned that the interim dividend will be disbursed on September 13, according to the Official Register of Shareholders per September 4.
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to September 2-3, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on September 4-5.
The interim dividend allocation in FY 2024 is referring to the record of GEMS’s net profit as of June 2024 of USD 315.91 million, retained earnings of USD 510.51 million, and total equity of USD 745.40 million.
In FY 2023, this Indeks52 constituent distributed interim dividend based on the record of its net profit as of H1 2023 of USD 333.48 million, retained earnings of USD 659.71 million, and total equity of USD 895.46 million. (LK/ZH)
