JAKARTA. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) accelerates its Five Bold Moves (5BM) strategy, which will be realised through its FMC, InfraCo, and Data Centre businesses, as an implementation of an optimum business transformation.

Heri Supriadi, Director of Finance and Risk Management of TLKM, mentioned that this year, TLKM still focuses on 5BM acceleration that will serve B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) segments in order to secure every chance in this telecommunication sector.

“As the biggest telco company, we have the opportunity to become a catalyst for digital economy in Indonesia. In our opinion, this is important, considering how telecommunication industry is currently evolving with rapid changes in technology,” added Supriadi.

In B2C segment, TLKM is attempting to accelerate operational efficiency through Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) initiative. This strategy is supported with revenue uplift, operating expenses efficiency, as well as capital expenditure effectiveness.

Meanwhile, in B2B segment, TLKM is quite aggressive in the development of NeutraDC, a subsidiary engaged in the data centre. As of now, NeutraDC is even putting its focus on creating sustainable growth through digital connectivity, further supported by data centre and cloud platform as business enablers. (KR/ZH)
