JAKARTA. PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk (IKBI), an electric cable manufacturer, will schedule cash dividend distribution of IDR 41.99 billion or IDR 34.31 per share.

Sulim Herman Limbono, Vice President Director of IKBI, confirmed that this plan is in line with the result of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on August 23, 2024. In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate a portion of its 2023 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be sent out to IKBI’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on September 4, 2024. The cash dividend payment is scheduled to take place on September 23, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, IKBI scored net profit of USD 7.52 million as of March 31, 2024. Retained earnings were recorded at IDR 21.81 million, while total equity reached USD 76.27 million. (KR/ZH)
