JAKARTA - PT Alam Sutera Tbk (ASRI) is optimistic that is will be able to secure marketing sales of IDR 2.8 trillion until the end of this year following realised marketing sales of IDR 1.2 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2024.

Lilia Setiprawarti Sukotjo, Director of ASRI, said that the marketing sales target will be attainable through several new projects that will be launched in September and October 2024.

“Some of the projects that had been launched prior, such as The Gramercy, Agra Cluster, Ayodhya, and Elevee, also contributed to marketing sales,” Sukotjo said during Public Expose Live 2024 today (29/8).

The Gramercy brought in marketing sales of IDR 220.2 billion, followed by Agra Cluster of IDR 222.1 billion, Elevee and Ayodhya Apartment of IDR 100 billion, land plot and commercial shophouses of IDR 192.3 billion, Alam Sutera Residential of IDR 577 billion, and Suvarna Sutera Residential of IDR 419 billion.

In the second half (H2) of 2024, the company will launch its latest cluster at Alam Sutera and Suvarna Sutera.

In H1 2024, the revenue clocked up to IDR 1.88 trillion, up from IDR 1.59 trillion seen in H1 2023. Then, the revenue was generated by house and shophouses segment of IDR 1.24 trillion, followed by recurring income of IDR 440.8 billion, land plot sales of IDR 137.3 billion, and apartment of IDR 53.6 billion.
