JAKARTA - The share performance of PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH) shot up 169.5% a year after its debut on the capital market on August 28, 2023. This issuer made a profit of IDR 375.61 million in the first semester of 2024, growing from the previous loss of IDR 1.52 billion in semester I 2023.

Data compiled by IDNFinancials, Friday (30/8), this issuer's shares at the close of stock transactions (28/8) were recorded at IDR 310 per share, up from IDR 115 per share, during the initial public offering (IPO) on 28 August 2023.

During the IPO, this issuer that manages hospital services (RS) offered 530 million shares with a nominal value of IDR 50 per share. With an offering price of IDR 115 per share, RSCH raised IDR 60.95 billion, of which 48.92% was used to build Charlie Demak Hospital, 50.47% to purchase medical equipment, and 0.61% for the company's working capital.

As of July 2024, the number of RSCH shares was recorded at 2.65 million with the capital owner structure namely, PT Wahyu Agung 79.43%, Wahyu Fitrianingsih 0.28%, Junianto 26%, Sri Mulyaningsih 0.03%, and the public 20%. The number of shareholders is 1,627 shareholders with the final beneficiary being Junianto. (LK/LM)
