PJAA scores dividend income of IDR 100 billion from subsidiary
JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) booked dividend income from one of its subsidiaries, PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA).
Daniel Nainggolan, Director of PJAA, said that the dividend was received on August 30, 2024. "It is IDR 100 billion," added Nainggokan in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
According to IDNFinancials data, TIJA is PJAA's subsidiary commercially operated since 1972. It reported net profit of IDR 21.31 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, with total assets of IDR 3.12 trillion.
TIJA is known to be an entity engaged in the development of property and the biggest recreation park in Indonesia. Several of recreation parks under TIJA's management include Ancol Beach, Dufan Ancol, and Jakarta Bird Land. (KR/ZH)
