JAKARTA – Shareholders collectively agreed upon the discharge of two commissioners and two directors of PT Mahaka Media Tbk (ABBA) in Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders yesterday (4/9). EGMS was joined by shareholders representing 2.13 billion shares or 54.25% of 3.93 billion shares issued by ABBA.

The minutes of the meeting quoted today (6/9) showed that ABBA’s shareholders gave a nod to the discharge of Mahendra Agakhan T, President Commissioner of ABBA, and Angkie Yudistia, Independent Commissioner of ABBA.

In addition, the shareholders agreed to rotate positions and place Rudy Setia Laksmana, a member of commissioner board, as President Commissioner of ABBA to replace Mahendra Agakhan T.

Furthermore, shareholders also acknowledged resignation of Tubagus Farash Akbar F, President Director of ABBA, and Ishak Reza, Director of ABBA. Then, shareholders assigned Ronny Wiliams Sugiadha as President Director of ABBA, and Muhammad Fadri Attamimi as Director of ABBA.

Post-EGMS, the Board of Commissioners of ABBA will consist of Rudy Setia Laksmana as President Commissioner of ABBA, Martin Suharlie as Commissioner, and Aldo Rambie as Independent Commissioner.

On June 24, 2024, shareholders also gave a greenlight regarding the resignation of Vincentius Dicky Haryanto, Director of ABBA. Said EGMS was joined by shareholders representing 2.13 billion shares or 54.25% of 3.93 billion shares issued by ABBA. (LK/ZH)
