JAKARTA - PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) denies the issue of acquisition led by MNC Capital Partners, LP over Vista Outdoor (VSTO.N). This is stated by Stefi Elizabeth, Corporate Secretary of BCAP in the press release quoted Tuesday (10/9).

“We emphasise once again that BCAP is now the party involved in the acquisition offer of Vista Outdoor," Elizabeth said.

According to Elizabeth, MNC Capital Partners is not affiliated with MNC Kapital Indonesia or MNC Group. “This acquisition offer has been initiated by MNC Capital Partners, LP, a company headquartered in Montreal, Canada,” she said.

As is known, there have been rumours of MNC Capital taking over VSTO.N for USD 2.52 billion, or equal to IDR 38.55 trillion. However, it only shares a similar title to MNC Group. (LK/ZH)
