JAKARTA. The amount of incoming bids for the last auction of Government Sharia Securities (lit. Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN) or State Sukuk on September 10, 2024, reportedly reached IDR 21.27 trillion, as stated by Directorate-General of Budget Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance.

There were 7 series of state sukuk offered in the auction, consisting of 2 series of Sharia Government Treasury Notes (lit. Surat Perbendaharaan Negara – Syariah/SPNS) and 5 series of Project Based Sukuk (PBS).

SPNS09062025 reported the highest amount of offerings for SPNS, at IDR 4.02 trillion. Meanwhile, PBS032 became the PBS series with the highest amount of incoming bids, totalling IDR 6.21 trillion. 

"Total awarded amount from the 7 auctioned series is IDR 8 trillion," added DJPPR of the Ministry of Finance in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, the government has conducted 18 state sukuk auctions since the beginning of the year. The accumulated incoming bids have now reached IDR 366.44 trillion, while the awarded amount has clocked up to IDR 159.87 trillion. (KR/ZH)
