JAKARTA - PT Puri Karya Bersama (PKB), a subsidiary of PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), has secured a syndicated revolving loan for working capital from 13 rural credit banks worth IDR 200 billion. The facility is equal to 166.15% of total PURI's equity as of June 2024 of IDR 120.36 billion.

In the issued prospectus quoted Wednesday (11/9), the loan facility for the working capital will be used to expedite The Monde City, a stacked house project from PKB, in order to have a timely handover to the consumers. The credit facility will be available until August 30, 2025, starting from the signing date earlier this week (9/9).

The 13 rural banks with their portions of loan include BPR Dana Nusantara of IDR 46.5 billion, BPR Eka Bumi Artha IDR 83.6 billion, BPR Sejahtera Batam IDR 20 billion, BPR Danamas Simpan Pinjam IDR 9.5 billion, BPR Dana Makmur IDR 8.5 billion, BPR Karimun Sejahtera IDR 5.7 billion, BPR Mega Mas Lestari IDR 5 billion, BPR Kepri Batam IDR 4.4 billion, BPR Dana Mitra Utama IDR 4 billion, BPR Dana Central Mulia IDR 4 billion, BPR Barelang Mandiri IDR 3.2 billion, BPR Kepri Bintan IDR 3.1 billion, dan BPR Kencana Graha IDR 2.5 billion.

As of June 2024, PURI's total assets were recorded at IDR 398.56 billion, with liabilities of IDR 278.19 billion and equity of IDR 120.36 billion. The revenue was at IDR 7.73 billion, but suffered a loss of IDR 7.78 billion.

As of December 2023, though, PURI recorded total assets of IDR 344.85 billion, total liabilities of IDR 216.70 billion, and equity of IDR 128.15 billion. (LK/ZH)
