JAKARTA. PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (BTON) will schedule a cash dividend payment of IDR 7.2 billion or IDR 10 per share.

Andy Soesanto, Corporate Secretary of BTON, mentioned that the cash dividend will be taken out of its net profit in 2023. “It follows the result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 10, 2024,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The cash dividend will then be disbursed to BTON’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on September 23, 2024. The cash dividend payment is set to October 10, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BTON reported net profit of IDR 17.53 billion in 2023. At the end of the fiscal year 2023, it still held onto retained earnings of IDR 237.39 billion and total equity of IDR 257.24 billion. (KR/ZH)
