JAKARTA - Two significant investors in PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO) saw a decrease in share portions on Tuesday, September 10, following a similar decline on the previous trading day. Foreign investor Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd, which possesses over 1.94 billion BINO shares, currently has only approximately 89.01% ownership in the company. Furthermore, the owner of 174 million shares, PT Intan Pariwara, saw a minor decrease to 7.94%.

The controlling shareholder of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, reduced its portfolio by approximately 5.39 million shares of the financial services provider, followed by PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, which released 3.86 million shares of oil and gas company PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA). In addition, foreign investor MB Investment Management Pte Ltd chose to sell 700,000 shares, bringing its total ownership in cybersecurity firm PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) to 27.46%.

On the other hand, individual investor Haiyanto set his sights on 20 million shares of PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk (TELE). After completing the transaction through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, he now owns 8.21% of the shares in the issuer in the retail and distribution sector of telecommunications equipment. PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya then added shares in two issuers at the same time, 2.94 million shares in the renewable energy company PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) and 4.74 million shares in the company that provides consulting services for the mining and energy sectors, PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA).

While PT Buana Graha Utama added 405,500 shares in baby product retailer PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE), PT Arthakencana Rayatama also purchased 3.51 million shares of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA). (KD)
