Dima Investindo to gain control over 55% of KMDS
JAKARTA - PT Dima Investindo (DI) will acquire 55% of PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS) owned by PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra (MOI). DI is not directly or indirectly affiliated with KMDS.
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (13/9), Hengky Wijaya, President Director of KMDS, mentioned that the shares of MOI to be acquired reach 440 million of KMDS’s portion of issued and paid-up capital.
“The plan of acquiring 55% of the shares will result in change in KMDS’s shareholder,” Wijaya confirmed.
As of now, KMDS’s listed shares were 800 million, with shareholder structure consisting of Hengky Wijaya of 2.69%, Marie Lie of 1.09%, Dewi Irianty Wijaya of 0.04%, MOI of 76.19%, and the public of 19.99%. There are 1,122 listed shareholders, with the ultimate beneficial of the shares being Hengky Wijaya.
In June 2024, this company raked in revenue of IDR 169.98 billion, up from IDR 157.99 billion in June 2023. Its gross profit also went up from IDR 50 billion to IDR 55.47 billion, with the net profit soaring from IDR 23.98 billion to IDR 25 billion. (LK/ZH)
