JAKARTA - On Wednesday, September 11, the selling of over 14.03 million shares of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE) by PT Anugerah Inti Karisma set the tone for the market hints. After this most recent transaction, the investor's share portion of the issuer's shares—which are in the securities trading intermediary sector—was reduced to 15.84% from approximately 16.34%.

Following the release of 3.01 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) by the controlling shareholder PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, 3 million shares of PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) were then sold by foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. SQMI is a mining and exploration company for gold, while SMMA offers financial services.

Two investors in PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), a distributor and manufacturer of office supplies, kept registering a decline in their ownership percentage without a corresponding decrease in the total number of shares. Presently listed as the holder of 88.83% of the shares is Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd, which owns 1.94 billion BINO shares. As of right now, PT Intan Pariwara owns 174 million shares, or roughly 7.93% of the total number of BINO shares.

However, PT Arthakencana Rayatama acquired 2.59 million shares of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), the fuel distributor, this time making it the largest share addition. Following this transaction, PT Buana Graha Utama bought an additional 416,400 shares of PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE), a retailer of baby products, bringing its controlling share portion to 45.6%. Furthermore, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), a cement manufacturer, proceeded to buy back up to 253,400 shares of its own stock.

Subsequently, individual investor Manoj Pitamber Nanwani purchased up to 800,000 shares in PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), a provider of offshore transportation support services. Last but not least, 427,500 shares of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM), a general contractor and interior design firm, were purchased by foreign investor Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. (KD)
