JAKARTA - PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) has secured a new contract of IDR 94.56 billion for a Civil Servant Apparatus Flat project in Central Papua. The new contract was signed last week (9/9).

Pio Hizkia Wehantouw, Director of PTDU, mentioned that the effective duration of the contract lasts for 330 days since the day the project started as stated in Work Order.

“The company is optimistic that it will be able to complete the construction project according to the targeted timeline and to the best of quality,” Wehantouw said in the press release quoted Thursday (19/9).

According to Wehantouw, the project contract was signed alongside the Contract Signatory Officer of Flats and Special Housing for Housing Supply Task Force of Papua. The work will include land acquisition, Health and Safety Plan Contract (RK3K) for construction project, and the construction of Wisma Arunika 36, with 3 levels, 2 towers, and 88 unit.

It is known that the issuer managed to collect operating revenue and sales of IDR 12.31 billion in the first half (H1) 2024, yet suffered a loss of IDR 19.63 billion and loss before taxes of IDR 24.61 billion. (LK/ZH)
