Summarecon Agung’s net profit soared 70.5% in the first half
JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), a real estate developer and management, booked net profit of IDR 753.68 billion in the first half (H1) of 2024.
This net profit increased 70.5% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 442.04 billion recorded in the same period last year.
According to the recently issued financial report, SMRA’s net profit in H1 2024 was supported by its net revenue that reached IDR 5.67 trillion. It grew 89.6% yoy from the same period last year, in which the company only managed to score net revenue of IDR 2.99 trillion.
Property development business line still contributed the most to SMRA’s total revenue in H1 2024, with net revenue clocking up to IDR 4.18 trillion. Then, investment in property reportedly brought in IDR 1.05 trillion, followed by recreation and hotel of IDR 225.78 billion, and others of IDR 217.23 billion.
Until June 30, 2024, SMRA’s total assets were recorded at IDR 32.05 trillion, with total equity reported at IDR 13.13 trillion. (KR/ZH)
