JAKARTA. PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON), a construction services issuer, announced dividend income of IDR21.16 billion.

CF Jopi Sulistio, Corporate Secretary of JKON, said that the dividend income was obtained from PT Jaya Beton Indonesia (JBI). "The implementation of the transaction [dividend receipt] does not have a material impact on the company's operational activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity," said Sulistio, in his official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, JBI is a business entity owned by JKON with a share ownership portion of 99.99%. JBI has been operating since 1978 and is domiciled in Tangerang. The business activities carried out by JBI include the production and trade of building materials from concrete mixtures.

According to idnfinanacials.com data, JKON posted revenue of IDR 749.85 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024. Meanwhile, its net profit was recorded at IDR 23 billion. (KR/LM)
