VTNY secures loan facility of IDR 275 billion
JAKARTA - PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY) has acquired a credit facility worth IDR 275 billion from PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) as of yesterday (24/9).
Zasa Pinkan Kinanti, Corporate Secretary of VTNY, mentioned that the credit facility will be used as working capital and consumption capital for the company and its subsidiary, PT Venteny Matahari Indonesia (VMI).
“The agreement of the first transaction of this credit facility took place yesterday (24/9), and the second transaction round will be on September 11,” Kinanti explained in the official disclosure quoted Wednesday (25/9).
The allocation of credit facility consists of IDR 100 billion for VTNY and IDR 175 billion for VMI. The entirety of the loan is equal to 68.92% of VTNY’s total equity as of Decemebr 2023 of IDR 398.99 billion.
In June 2024, the company booked revenue of IDR 87.94 billion, up from IDR 58.89 billion seen in the same period in 2023. The gross profit also increased to IDR 29.68 billion from IDR 19.33 billion, but the net profit plummeted to IDR 3.19 billion from IDR 9.31 billion. (LK/ZH)
