JAKARTA. PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), one of subsidiaries of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), engaged in the plantation industry, will distribute interim dividend worth IDR 161.67 billion or IDR 84 per share.

Tingning Sukowignjo, Corporate Secretary of AALI, said that this plan follows the decision of the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on September 24, 2024,” said Sukowignjo in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The interim dividend will be disbursed to AALI’s shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on October 7, 2024. The interim dividend will take place on October 24, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, AALI booked net profit of IDR 642.94 billion as of August 31, 2024. In addition, the company also reported retained earnings of IDR 17.35 trillion. (KR/ZH)
