JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), an automotive spare part manufacturer, announces dividend income recorded from one of its subsidiaries in Malaysia, Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd.

Lidiana Widjojo, Corporate Secretary of SMSM, confirmed that the dividend received by the company amounts to MYR 2.2 million, which equals IDR 8.06 billion, using currency exchange rate of IDR 3,661.65 per MYR.

“There is no implication of event, information or material fact on the operational activity, legal, financial condition, or business sustainability of the Company,” added Widjojo in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, SMSM booked revenue of IDR 1.19 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2024. Meanwhile, its net profit reportedly reached IDR 232.95 billion. (KR/ZH)
