JAKARTA - PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra, the company that controls PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), released 440 million shares to PT Dima Investindo, a new investor, on Thursday, September 26. Miki Ojisan used to own 76.19% of the shares in this issuer in the food and beverage industry, but after these shares were released, his ownership fell to 21.19%. With 55% of the shares, Dima Investindo is now the new controller of KMDS. PT BCA Sekuritas led both of the transactions.

The coal industry provided the following news. More than 1.5 billion shares of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) were released by Low Tuck Kwong, with a reduction in the percentage of shares from 40.15% to 35.65%. Afterward, 370 million shares of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) were sold by PT Adaro Strategic Investments. In addition to providing services and coal mining, ADRO also produces renewable energy. PT Golden Prima Energy ultimately sold seven million shares of coal mining issuer PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Foreign investors in PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), the company that manufactures and distributes office stationery under the BANTEX brand, reported a decrease in their share portion without affecting the total number of shares held. Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd now owns 88.49% of the shares, down from 88.5%, with a total of 1.94 billion shares.

On the contrary, PT Bina Arta Charisma increased its holdings in PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), a pharmaceutical company, by acquiring 395.80 million shares via BUT Deutsche Bank AG. Then it was noted that DBS Bank Ltd S/A PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia had purchased 15.53 million shares of the business and real estate developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR). PT Arthakencana Rayatama also continues to add shares in the issuer of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) by 35.50 million shares, and cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) bought its own shares by 400 thousand shares.
