JAKARTA. PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) has collected dividends from two of its subsidiaries, PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (Tirta Tatawarna) and PT Tirtakencana Batamindo (Tirta Batamindo), worth a total of IDR 107.99 billion.

Hera Septi Astuti, Corporate Secretary of AVIA, confirmed that said dividends originate from retained earnings of Tirta Tatawarna and Tirta Batamindo recorded for the fiscal year (FY) 2023. The dividend received from Tirta Tatawarna is IDR 99.99 billion, and from Tirta Batamindo, IDR 7.99 billion.

“There is no material impact of the incident, the information or material fact to the activities of operational, legal or financial condition or the business continuity of the Company,” said Astuti in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, Tirta Tatawarna is a business entity owned by AVIA by 99.99%. It is engaged in the trading industry, and has been commercially operated since 2000.

Meanwhile, Tirta Batamindo is fully owned by AVIA through Tirta Tatawarna, with ownership portion of 99.98%. (KR/ZH)
