JAKARTA. PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (KS), a subsidiary of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC), has purchased 3.04% or equivalent to 76 shares of PT Payrol Prima Indonesia.

In connection with the share purchase, KS has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) for Payrol Prima shares with a number of sellers. All Payrol Prima shares purchased by KS were valued at IDR 1.98 billion.

Camelia Suryana Bong, Corporate Secretary of ATIC, said that the purchase of Payrol Prima shares was carried out to increase the company's business portfolio, which can provide benefits from Payrol Prima's business activities.

"The company believes that there are no risks to the company's business performance that will be faced by carrying out this transaction," said Camelia, in her official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, ATIC had cash and cash equivalents of IDR 653.29 billion as of March 31, 2024. The company's total consolidated assets were recorded at IDR 4.17 trillion and its total equity was IDR 449.34 billion. (KR/LM)
