JAKARTA. PT Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk (TAMU), an oil and gas supporting service provider, has divested 1 unit of vessel to PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental.

Edi Purwanto, Director of TAMU, said that the unit divested to the subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) is Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) Petroleum Superior.

“The selling price in the transaction agreed by the company and PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental is USD 13.79 million,” Purwanto said in the official statement.

Initially, TAMU and Pertamina Trans Kontinental had signed a Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement on April 18, 2024. Then, on September 27, 2024, both parties then signed the Sale and Purchase Deed.

“The transaction is not categorised as an affiliate or involves a conflict of interest as stated in Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 regarding Affiliate Transaction and Conflict of Interest,” added Purwanto.

According to IDNFinancials data, TAMU reported total assets of USD 56.93 million as of June 30, 2024. Meanwhile, total equity was reported at USD 33.98 million. (KR/ZH)
