JAKARTA. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) has invested 20% of capital, or IDR 2 billion, in PT Amita Prakarsa Hijau (APH), a joint venture established by Amita Group from Japan.
Dani Handajani, Corporate Secretary of INTP, said that APH will produce alternative fuel and material to be distributed to cement manufacturers and other companies. The materials used for production originate from industrial and household waste.

Another party also reportedly invested in APH, namely PT Amita Tamaris Lestari (ATL), a business branch of Amita Group.
It is worth mentioning that INTP's investment in APH is carried out through PT Sari Bhakti Sejati (SBS).
