Petrotech to invest IDR 92.45 billion on Pertamina’s fuel oil piping
JAKARTA - PT Petrotech Penta Nusa, a subsidiary of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), planted investment of IDR 982.45 billion in the fuel oil piping project of Tanjung Batu-Samarinda. This project is expected to increase profit in the future.
Djauhari Maulidi, President Director of RAJA, mentioned that Petrotech will make funding contribution worth USD 63.29 million or IDR 982.45 billion regarding the collaboration with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN).
“Investment value is equal to 39.84% of total equity as of June of USD 158.87 million” Maulidi said in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (9/10).
The fuel oil piping project will be carried out by a consortium consisting of PT Citra Panji Manunggal (CPM) and PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI). Petrotech will serve as the leader of the consortium for this project. (LK/ZH)
