JAKARTA - PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 23.47 billion from its net profit in the first half (H1) of 2024. The allocation is relatively stable compared to last year.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (10/10), Tene Michael Alexander, Director of VICI, mentioned that the interim dividend distribution is in line with the decision made by the board of directors and approved by the board of commissioners yesterday (7/10).

“The dividend per share will be set to IDR 35,” Alexander said.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to October 17 and 18, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on October 21 and 22. The dividend payment will then be made on November 8, 2024, referring to the Official Register of Shareholders as of October 21, 2024.

In June 2024, the net profit attributable to the parent entity was recorded at IDR 97.87 billion, with unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 550.09 billion and total equity of IDR 969.47 billion.

Then, in the same period in 2023, VICI distributed interim dividend of IDR 23.47 billion or IDR 35 per share, with net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 88.95 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 436.14 billion and total equity of IDR 853.05 billion. (LK/ZH)
