JAKARTA. PT Link Net Tbk (LINK), a telecommunications services company controlled by Axiata Group, has signed a credit facility agreement with Deutsche Bank AG.

Rininta Agustina Widya Pratika, Corporate Secretary of LINK, said that with this agreement, the company obtained additional credit facilities of IDR 1 trillion. "So the total credit facility [from Deutsche Bank] is IDR 2 trillion," said Rinita, in the official statement.

For the record, the credit facility received by LINK from Deutsche Bank will be available until November 30, 2025. This facility will be used to finance the company's general needs.

According to idnfinancials.com data, LINK just signed a contract worth IDR 12.94 trillion from its parent company, namely PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) last September.

The contract includes leasing the company's Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and Fiber To The Home (HFC/FTTH) networks with a transaction value of IDR 1.87 trillion. Then the company also sold the ServeCo/Residential Business Unit (B2C) business line to EXCL for IDR 1.87 trillion. (KR/LM)
