JAKARTA - Foreign investors bought 177.16 million shares of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) on Tuesday, October 15, for a net volume of 95.09 million shares. This transaction also added to the foreign buying volume, which totaled 4.41 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume did not differ much at around 4.36 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume finished at 52.15 million shares.

In addition to DEWA, 57.90 million shares of the industrial area development company PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) were purchased, for a net volume of 46.23 million shares. In the property and real estate sector, about 100.14 million shares of PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK) were acquired, with a net volume of 42.94 million shares. Shares of the port services company PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) were then purchased for 40.56 million shares, for a net volume of 40.27 million shares, followed by the purchase of 46.51 million shares of the domestic and foreign shipping services company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), for a net volume of 39.76 million shares.

Moreover, foreign investors also made bigger share sales in several issuers that were recorded on the top sell list. On top of that, shares of the mineral mining business PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) were sold for 376.04 million shares, for a net volume of -115.71 million shares. Shares of BRMS' parent firm, PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), which works in the coal mining sector, were the next shares sold for around 234.16 million shares, with a net volume of -52.78 million shares. Furthermore, shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold for up to 1.78 billion shares, with a net volume of -95.88 million shares. The share sale list completed with the sale of 78.45 million shares of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) in the precious metal mining sector, with a net volume of -46.75 million shares. (KD)
