JAKARTA - PT Tancorp Investama Mulia (TIM) raises its portion in PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) to 10.256% from 9.505% in a transaction that lasted a week, from October 8 to 16, 2024.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (18/10), Belinda Natalia, Director of TIM, confirmed that the company’s portion in BLES rises to 911.8 million from 845 million shares.

“Total shares acquired clocked up to 66.8 million with the price set to IDR 220 to 234 per share,” Natalia added.

Cumulatively, TIM spent approximately IDR 14.69-16.53 billion in this shares acquisition transaction.

As of September 30, 2024, BLES’s shares were recorded at 8.89 billion, with controlling shareholders claiming 40.83% and non-controllers, 59.17%. Free float rate arrived at 16.26%, with shareholders reaching 6,091. (LK/ZH)
