Profit growing, DVLA’s interim dividend remains stable
JAKARTA – PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 48.16 billion from its profit in the first half (H1) of 2024. This interim dividend allocation remains unchanged from last year, although the company saw an increase in net profit.
In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (22/10), Widya Olivia Tobing, Corporate Secretary of DVLA, confirmed that the interim dividend was set to IDR 43 per share, which will be disbursed on November 22, 2024.
The interim dividend allocation refers to the record of net profit of H1 2024 of IDR 119.35 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.12 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.45 trillion.
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled to October 31 and November 1, 2024. Then, the cum and ex dividend in the cash market will follow on November 4 and 5.
For the record, the shareholders eligible to receive interim dividend will be the ones listed by the recording date on November 4.
In 2023, this company allocated interim dividend of IDR 48 per share, with the net profit reaching IDR 96.31 billion in the first half (H1) of 2023. Restrained earnings were at IDR 1.15 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 1.49 trillion, at that time. (LK/ZH)
