JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), the biggest self-sustained city developer in Indonesia, booked marketing sales of IDR 6.84 trillion until the end of Q3 2024.

This number is equal of 72% of BSDE’s total marketing sales target in 2024. Compared to the same period last year, its marketing sales grew 1% throughout the first nine months (9M) of 2024.

Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, revealed that residential segment became the primary contributor of marketing sales in 9M 2024, generating IDR 3.85 trillion, or equal to 56% of total marketing sales of the company. Several projects included in this segment were namely Nava Park, Tresor, The Zora Hiera, Tanakayu, and Terravia.

Meanwhile, the commercial segment contributed IDR 2.43 trillion to BSDE’s total marketing sales, which are equal to 36% of its marketing sales in 9M 2024. Some of the projects that made up this segment were Cascade, West Village, Northridge Ultimate, Southgate, Aerium, Akasa, and Upperwest.

Wijaya claimed that the company remains optimistic about the marketing sales target set for this year. “By launching efficiently-targeted products, effective promotion through ‘Infinite Living’ national marketing program, as well as sustained incentives from the government, BSDE is confident to be able to attain 2024 marketing sales target of IDR 9.50 trillion,” added Wijaya in the official statement.
