JAKARTA - On Friday, October 25, PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV), the mass media holding company, welcomed Newton Capital Ltd. as a new investor. With a 10.67% ownership stake, the investor purchased over 4.41 billion shares through PT Mandiri Sekuritas. This issuer owns NET TV, a national television network, and Creative Inc., a content production company.

PT Startel Communication also acquired 900,000 shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), giving it a 24.02% stake in this helicopter rental business. Following that, two issuers selected the share buyback action: PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), which produces bread with 20,000 shares, and PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS), a chemical company with 162,400 shares.

Two individual investors were observed buying and selling shares of PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI), a company that raises broiler chickens. While Sujito Ngatiman released 1.90 million shares, Ferry Saputra purchased an additional 18.60 million shares. Both completed the transactions with PT KB Valbury Sekuritas' assistance.

Then, via PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, foreign investor Silvery Moon Investments Ltd sold 120 million shares in PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), an electric vehicle company. Tan John Tanuwijaya then sold his shares in PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk, a foundation and land improvement company, for as many as 60 million shares. The majority shareholder of PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Tbk (ARKA), PT. Arkha Tanto Prima, also sold off fifty million shares of this engineering transportation equipment manufacturer and heavy equipment component fabrication company. Finally, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama sold 33.84 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), which produces palm oil. (KD)
