Barito Pacific acquired 2.6 billion Chandra Asri Pacific (TPIA) shares
JAKARTA - PT Barito Pacific Tbk purchased over 2.63 billion shares of PT Chandra Asri Pacific (TPIA) on Monday, October 28. The investor previously owned about 10.62% of this petrochemical company's shares; however, the most recent transaction through PT Bahana Sekuritas increased its share portion to 13.67%.
Additionally, PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama made a substantial share addition by purchasing 342.15 million shares of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN), a real estate developer. DBS Bank Ltd S/A PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia then purchased 5.44 million shares of property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), after which PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera purchased an additional 16.90 million shares of home and lifestyle retailer PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (ACES). Furthermore, Dimas Wibowo, an individual investor, purchased 3.43 million shares of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), a food and beverage company.
Conversely, Winfly Ltd. sold 256.35 million shares of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP), a private banking company. PT Afda Ekselensi Lintas Dunia also released 100 million shares of PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk (MUTU), a company that provides testing, inspection, and certification services. Around 46.76 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a producer of palm oil, were also released by PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama.
Then, foreign investor INV Management Pte Ltd sold 10.41 million shares in PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), a company that offers information security solutions across multiple industries. Lastly, 2 million shares of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) were sold by HSBC Bank Plc. Both onshore and offshore drilling services are provided by APEX. (KD)
