JAKARTA - PT Voksel Electric Tbk (VOKS) will pay off two 2023 Shelf Registration Bonds worth a total of IDR 350 billion.

From the information disclosure quoted on Friday (1/11), the two bonds that will be repurchased (buy back) include Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase II 2023 worth IDR 100 billion with a term of three years and Shelf Registration Bonds II Phase I 2023 worth IDR 250 billion.

The buyback offer for Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase II 2023 and Phase I 2023 will take place next week (4-5/11) and good fund funds for buyers will return to KSEI on (8/11). The bond yield calculation is set at 2% each.

The planned repayment of each Shelf Registration Bond is on (11/11). The price offered for the buyback of each bond is 100% of the principal value of the bond, namely, IDR 100 billion and IDR 250 billion. (LK/LM)
