JAKARTA. PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), a manufacturer of paint and other building materials, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 11 per share or a maximum of IDR 672.6 billion.

Kurnia Hadi Sinanto, Director of AVIA, conveyed that this plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors several days ago. "It has been approved by the board of commissioners on November 1, 2024," said Kurnia, in an official statement.

Interim dividends will be given to AVIA shareholders, whose names are recorded at the recording date on November 14, 2024. Interim dividend payments are scheduled for November 21, 2024.

According to idnfinancials.com data, AVIA recorded a net profit of IDR 1.16 trillion in the first nine months (9M) of 2024. As of September 30, 2024, the company also had an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 1.69 trillion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 10.04 trillion.

As of 10.43 WIB today, AVIA's share price had moved down 4 points or 0.83% to the level of IDR 476 per share. Meanwhile, since the beginning of this year, the company's share price has moved down 24 points or 4.80%. (KR/LM)
