JAKARTA - On Thursday, October 31, Sabana Prawirawidjaja made an additional investment of 1.6 billion shares in PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). The company's investor, who is also the president of the food and beverage company, increased his stake in ULTJ from 34% to nearly 50%. He used PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia to make the purchase.

After that, Welly Thomas added stock in PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER), a company involved in the coal industry. He purchased 235.52 million shares of SGER through two securities, increasing his share portion to 8.25%. Following the purchase of 157.04 million shares of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, foreign investor Cascade Gold Limited became a new investor in this paper manufacturer. In contrast, PT Multifortuna Asindo started the stock reduction by releasing 12.5 million shares of PT Surya Toto Indonesia (TOTO), a company that makes sanitation products. INV Management Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, subsequently sold approximately 8.28 million shares of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), a provider of information security solutions, while IMR Asia Holding Pte Ltd sold 900 thousand shares of PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU), a provider of marketing and advertising communication services.

Ultimately, Salween Investment Pte Ltd and Gochean Holdings Incorporated, two foreign investors in PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), a company that deals with palm oil and rubber, decided to cut back on their ownership. The final share portion was 5.35% for Gochean Holdings and 7.33% for Salween Investment, each of whom sold 3.3 million TAPG shares. (KD)
