KMDS to give interim dividend of IDR 15 per share
JAKARTA. PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), a food and beverages (F&B) company, announces the distribution of interim dividend of IDR 15 per share, or a total of IDR 12 billion.
Dewi Irianty Wijaya, Director of Finance of KMDS, mentioned that the plan is in line with the decision of the board of directors made a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 5, 2024,” added him in the official statement.
The interim dividend will be given to KMDS shareholders whose names have been officially listed by the recording date on November 19, 2024. The payment will then be made on November 29, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, KMDS booked net profit of IDR 40.44 billion within the first nine months (9M) of 2024. As of September 30, 2024, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 101.72 billion, and total equity worth IDR 218.11 billion.
Until 2.48 PM WIB today (8/11), KMDS reportedly shifted 5 points down, or 0.73% lower to IDR 680 per share. However, since the beginning of this year, its price has soared 256 points or 60.38%. (KR/ZH)
