KKGI to give interim stock dividend with 190:3 ratio
JAKARTA - PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) will distribute interim stock dividend with the ratio of 190:3, meaning that 190 old shares will grant the owner 3 new shares.
In the prospectus quoted Monday (11/11), it is said that the shares distributed from treasury stock gained from the third round of buyback on March 2, 2021, and the fifth round of buyback on December 30, 2023, of 152.37 million shares.
This plan will be asked for approval during Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2024.
The interim stock dividend will be given proportionally to shareholders according to their portions, taken out of its treasury stock.
As of October 2024, KKGI’s listed shares were reported at 5 billion, with controlling shareholders owning 28.173% and non-controllers of 71.827%.
Total number of shareholders reached 11,268, with the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares listed as the Adjiantos. However, the company that is listed as controlling shareholder is PT Sejahtera Jaya Cita of 1.38 billion shares, or equal to 27.68% of total listed shares. (LK/ZH)
