JAKARTA. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) announces interim dividend distribution of IDR 50 per share, or IDR 6.16 trillion in total.

Linda Chandrawati, Group Head of BBCA, mentioned that the plan is arranged according to the decision of the board of directors made a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 8, 2024,” added her in the official statement in Indonesia Stock Exchange today (12/11).

The interim dividend will be given to KMDS shareholders whose names have been officially listed by the recording date on November 25, 2024. The payment will then be made on December 11, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BBCA booked net profit of IDR 41.07 trillion within the first nine months (9M) of 2024. As of September 30, 2024, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 232.31 trillion, and total equity worth IDR 255.96 trillion.

As of now, public investors reportedly own 44.92% of BBCA’s shares, while the controlling shareholder, PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan, has another 54.94%. (KR/ZH)
