JAKARTA - On Monday, November 11, share purchase transactions by foreign investors increased and ended at 4.53 billion shares. Foreign sales volume then totaled 3.90 billion shares, resulting in a net foreign volume surplus of 633.44 million shares.

On the top buy list, there were two shares purchased up to 1 billion shares, namely shares of the coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) (1.045 billion shares) with a net volume of 874.42 million shares and shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) (1.12 billion shares) with a net volume of 194.75 million shares. In addition, 102.36 million shares of PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF), a business and management consultancy services company, were purchased, for a net volume of 65.22 million shares. In the property sector, 59.48 million shares of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) were purchased, for a net volume of 46.14 million shares. PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) shares in the port services sector were then purchased for 60.76 million shares, with a net volume of 45.62 million shares.

Share sales in the banking sector then began the top sell list, where foreign investors sold 340.56 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) with a net volume of -164.07 million shares. Still, in the same sector, 94.96 million shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) were sold, with a net volume of -41.19 million shares. The next shares sold were of the mineral mining business PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), totaling 382.22 million shares with a net volume of -86.80 million shares. Furthermore, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) shares in the oil and gas exploration and trade sector were sold for 88.93 million shares, with a net volume of -57.71 million shares. Finally, shares of the coal mining business PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) were sold for 37.56 million shares, for a net volume of -30.89 million shares. (KD)
