BANDUNG – Hongky Jeffry Nantung, President Director of PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), was awarded The Best CEO by Tempo-IDNFinancials during the Top CEO event held in Bandung.

The award was given in recognition of Hongky Jeffry Nantung's leadership in driving DMAS, a real estate management and development company, to significant growth in industrial land and data center sales.

According to data from idnfinancials.com, DMAS had strategically prepared large parcels of industrial land in anticipation of a surge in demand, especially from the digital technology sector. In 2021, the company converted 300 hectares of commercial and residential land into new industrial zones.

In 2022, DMAS sold 60 hectares of industrial land, and in 2023, it sold 57 hectares. Although there was a slight dip in sales, DMAS, under Nantung's leadership, remains optimistic that sales of industrial land will continue to grow, driven by the recovery of various sectors post-pandemic, high demand for data center land, and the increasing interest in electric vehicle business lines.

In 2023, DMAS recorded revenue of Rp1.92 trillion, with the majority coming from the sale of industrial land, which contributed Rp1.63 trillion. Revenue from industrial land sales grew by 16.3% year-on-year (yoy) compared to the previous year.

DMAS also posted a net profit of Rp1.21 trillion in 2023. By the end of the first nine months of 2024 (9M 2024), the company had already achieved a net profit of Rp1.23 trillion, representing 92.6% of the total net profit for 2023.

Additionally, DMAS is a constituent of the Indeks52, a stock index managed by Tempo and IDN Financials. The company is categorized under High Dividend stocks due to its consistent dividend payouts, with an average dividend yield of 13.09% over the last five years. (KR)
