JAKARTA - PT Mutli Bintang Indonesia Tbk (MLBI) will distribute interim dividend worth IDR 400.33 billion for this fiscal year (FY) 2024 on December 12, 2024. This interim dividend payment has been decided by the directors, and has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of MLBI next week (12/11).

Heryatmita Sisdjiatmo Thalib, Corporate Secretary of MLBI, mentioned that the interim dividend per share is set to IDR 190, and will be distributed to shareholders listed by the recording date on November 26.

The cum and ex date in the regular and negotiation market is set to November 22 and 25. Then, the cum and ex dividend in the cash market will follow on November 26 and 28.

The dividend allocation refers to the financial report as of September 2024, recording net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 762.56 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 1.29 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.31 trillion. (LK/ZH)
