JAKARTA - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) is optimistic about attaining marketing sales of IDR 3 trillion this year, up from IDR 2.5 trillion set previously.

Budianto Liman, Vice President Director of KIJA, mentioned that its marketing sales target for the fiscal year (FY) 2024 is revised following the new government’s policy to support property sector.

“We are committed to provide added value to our shareholders through sustainable and innovative projects,” Liman said in the press release quoted Tuesday (19/11).

Until Q3 2024, the issuer booked marketing sales in land development and property segment of IDR 2.39 trillion, reaching 96% of IDR 2.5 trillion targeted this year. This marketing sales realisation was 38% higher compared to the same period last year of IDR 1.72 trillion.

Then, as of September 2024, as well, KIJA reported revenue of IDR 3.36 trillion, up 47% year-on-year (yoy), whereas its profit skyrocketed as high as 232% yoy to IDR 769.7 billion. (LK/ZH)
