JAKARTA - PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk (DEPO), a distributor of equipment and building materials, will open three new outlets in Palembang, Pekanbaru and Samarinda. By the end of next year, this issuer is projecting revenue of IDR 2.8 trillion and net profit of IDR 88 billion.

In an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (20/11), Kambiyanto Kettin, President Director of DEPO said that currently three outlets are under construction and are expected to be completed next year.

For this readiness, this issuer has allocated capital expenditure of IDR 30 billion-IDR 100 billion. The realization of this capex budget will later refer to the ownership or rental status of the shop that will operate.

"Renovated stores require smaller capex, depending on the size of the building that we will prepare for each store," said Amanda Grace Kettin, Director of Merchandising.

The area of ​​the three DEPO outlets that will operate is 3,500m2-6,500m2 each. Later, the number of DEPO outlets will become 16 units from the previous 13 units. (LK/LM)
