JAKARTA - PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) has allocated a final cash dividend of US$2.62 billion from the 2023 financial year, which will be paid to shareholders on (6/12).

Mahardika Putranto, ADRO Corporate Secretary said that the distribution of cash dividends was decided at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), yesterday (18/11). Cum and ex dividends on the regular market and negotiated market are scheduled for (26 and 28/11), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (29/11 and 2/12), and the recording date of the Register of Shareholders (DPS) is as of (29 /11).

Net profit for the year attributable to the parent entity was US$1.64 billion, retained earnings balance was US$5.15 billion, and total equity was US$7.40 billion. (LK/LM)
