JAKARTA - Foreign investors’ share buying and selling operations on Wednesday, November 20, were lower than the previous day, with the foreign buy volume was 3.25 billion shares and the foreign sell volume was 3.89 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume closed at -639.87 million shares.

On the share purchase list, 57.90 million shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were purchased, resulting in a net volume of 46.32 million shares. The renewable energy business PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) was then purchased for 36.65 million shares, resulting in a net volume of 36.59 million. In terms of industrial area growth, foreign investors purchased 27.27 million shares of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), resulting in a net volume of 18.23 million. The shares of poultry breeder and abattoir PT Janu Putra Sejahtera Tbk (AYAM) were then purchased for 16.13 million shares with a net volume of 15.60 million shares, followed by the purchase of 16.64 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) with a net volume of 11.37 million.

Foreign investors then sold shares in the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) for 194.38 million shares and a net volume of -84.67 million shares. Aside from that, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) shares in the telecommunications sector were sold for around 97.39 million shares, for a net volume of -46.01 million shares. PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) and PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) both had their shares sold in the range of 40 million shares, resulting in a net volume of -32.43 million shares for BDKR and -26.49 million shares for SCMA.
