Adhi Commuter eyes recurring income growth
JAKARTA - PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) is eyeing recurring income contribution of 5% of its net profit in the past 5 years. As of September 2024, this company has 50% remaining of its landbank of 142.2 hectares (Ha) to be developed as revenue driver.
Rizkan Firman, President Director of ADCP, mentioned that the recurring income increase becomes one of future business innovation strategies.
“The transit-oriented development (TOD) business concept offered by the company may provide the potential of business development that may become recurring income source for the company,” Firman said, as quoted today (25/11).
The recurring income sources in the hospitality sector include Hotel Grandhika Grandhika Property Services, StayG, and hotel management.
Meanwhile, potential recurring income sources in the commercial field include the management of integrated station parking lots, the development of hubs with F&B stalls in LRT, KRL, and BRT meeting points.
Until Q3 2024, ADCP booked revenue of IDR 280.22 billion, in which property segment brought in IDR 117.12 billion, hotel IDR 94.57 billion, Joint Operation of LRT City Jati Bening and LRT City Ciracas of IDR 66.14 billion, and Lease of IDR 2.38 billion. (LK/ZH)
