SuperDry Marine to pour IDR 50 billion into AMAN’s KEK HIPS
JAKARTA - SuperDry Marine International, a cargo storage company, invests IDR 50 billion in Special Economic Zone of Halal Industrial Park Sidoarjo (KEK HIPS) managed by PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (AMAN). Total area managed by this company reaches 796.65 hectares (Ha).
Aaron, Director of SuperDry Marine International, claimed that the product manufactured in KEK HIPS will be exported to the United States, as well other European and Asian countries.
“Our investment in KEK HIPS will offer new work opportunities for the locals,” Aaron said, as quoted today (26/11).
Adi Tedja Surya, President Director of AMAN, believes that SuperDry Marine’s investment represents the company’s commitment to all pertinent stakeholders to promote Indonesia’s economic industry.
“We support the government’s vision to develop KEK HIPS and attain 8% economic growth,” Surya said.
According to Surya, this investment is a concrete milestone in realising investment target of IDR 97.8 trillion in KEK HIPS by 2045. “We encourage all investors to collaborate in advancing the great potential of halal industry,” he added. (LK/ZH)
