JAKARTA – PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) has announced plans to distribute an interim dividend totalling USD 28.1 million, or approximately IDR 447 billion, in December 2024.

The interim dividend is derived from the company’s net profit as of September 2024, which stood at USD 72.6 million, a decrease from USD 76.8 million recorded in September 2023.

Reflecting this trend, POWR’s interim dividend per share has also slightly decreased to IDR 28.2 per share, compared to IDR 29.5 per share distributed last year.

The dividend distribution will occur on December 18, 2024, with the shareholder list finalised on December 10, at 4.15 PM WIB.

The cum and ex-dividend dates for the regular and negotiated markets are December 6 and 9, respectively, followed by the cash market’s cum and ex-dividend dates on December 10 and 11.

As of 3.55 PM WIB today (28/11), POWR’s stock price closed at IDR 705 per share, marking a 1.44% increase from the opening price. With an interim dividend of IDR 28.2 per share, the indicated interim dividend yield reaches 4%. (ZH)
